An Assessment of your Recruitment Needs
An initial in-depth discussion with a dedicated consultant will help us to fully understand your recruitment needs and to assess the calibre of candidates that you are looking for. Often, what makes a candidate right for a role goes further than skills and experience alone. This is why our consultants take the time to learn about your company’s culture. We will compile a comprehensive picture of your ideal candidate, ensuring that they will be an excellent addition to your organisation. Your consultant will be with a specialist Recruiter within your industry sector who will be able to offer you reliable advice about your vacancy and the search for your ideal candidate.
Advertising & Sourcing
Once we have the brief we will prepare a description of the role for you and begin to look for suitable candidates that fulfil your requirements. We will then begin to search through candidates on our existing database and actively headhunt candidates within our extensive networks. If you would like us to advertise on your behalf we will develop a professional advertisement and (with your approval) place it across several major job boards before monitoring and filtering responses.
Our pre-screening process ensures that only candidates that we feel meet your prescribed standards are presented to you. A selection of suitable candidates will be personally vetted by your consultant via an extensive telephone interview and, if requested, a short in-person interview at our office. We make sure that they have not only the relevant skills, but also high levels of motivation and excellent communication skills and we consider your company culture alongside their personal outlook.
Those candidates that excel through pre-screening will then be sent over to your company representative. Having spoken to each and every candidate, your consultant can discuss the CV’s of those candidates that meet with your standards and requirements. We always operate an honest approach regarding their suitability and availability. We will also never send a CV to a client without the expressed consent of the candidate meaning that you only receive information on candidates that are definitely interested in working with you.
Your consultant will act as a go between, setting up a convenient time and date for any interviews you may wish to conduct. We provide the candidates with all the information they need and are on hand to talk to both parties following an interview. We will do everything within our power to ensure that the candidate fully understands the role, is prepared for the interview and is fully committed to the process.
When you find your ideal candidate we will facilitate the offer process on your behalf, assisting with negotiations, overcoming candidate objections and providing critical information to you so that you can tailor the most effective offer possible.
It is important to us that all of our clients are fully satisfied with the service they receive from Humres Engineers. Within one month of your new employee’s start date your consultant will be in contact with you to make sure that everything is going well and they will remain available to you for advice and support.
