Junior Business development Manager - Firesec - £25k - London. We are currently recruiting a Junior Business developer for our security solutions department. More than open to a candidate from any sales background who is fast paced, can win business and is process driven looking to learn a new market. The role will involve quickly building rapport and working alongside Senior Sales colleagues within the Man-guarding and security solutions engineering sector.

About the Client:

Our client are a recognised large business who offer security solutions within Man guarding, CCTV systems, access control and intruder alarms to a wide range of commercial premises within the UK. We have a vibrant team of Sales professionals, Engineers and Telemarketers and are currently looking at expanding the Sales team.

About the Role:

  • Office/field based role in North London
  • Training in security solutions provided
  • Must be comfortable building rapport and decision making
  • Converting opportunities to sales
  • Promoting business development opportunities( on security solutions)  in the UK
  • Basic salary of £25k (subject to an annual salary review)
  • Commission scheme in place after probation period
  • Developing weekly, monthly and quarterly activity forecasts
  • Meeting new clients and performing presentations of the business
  • Being familiar with pricing and which product and service to market to which customer.
  • Developing sales strategies and, using a CRM, track the progress of the sales stages and
Report on a weekly basis.
  • Liaising with internal and external clients

About the Candidate:

  • Hold a full UK driving license
  • Live in close proximity to London
  • Previous experience in the sales market
