About the Client:

You will be responsible for the delivery of planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) works, reactive service calls, fault findings and repair; and remedial works. We have roles in various locations across the UK, primarily supporting our social sector clients.

About the Role:

  • Excellent knowledge of Door Entry, Access Control, Warden Call and Intercom systems (including: PAC, Entrotec, KMS, ISM & GDX)
  • Previous experience of working in social sector premises an advantage
  • Knowledge of basic computer systems for completion of administration systems in the field (e.g. previous use of PDA or IPhone)
  • Ability to work alone according to company policy and responsibly in the field
  • Strong awareness of relevant H&S requirements for operating in this role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Qualified modern apprenticeship to Level 2/3 NVQ vocational framework with relevant City and Guilds Electronic Security and Emergency Systems 1853
  • Participation in the Call-out rota
Must have and continue to have at all times:
  • Have a valid right to work in the UK
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
  • Successful screening check to NSI Gold standard or as required by the Company

About the Candidate:

Points of Appeal:

  • £25-£30k
  • 25 days holiday
  • call out rota 1 week in 3 - £90 retainer (door to door travel)
  • Paid travelling time after 1 hour
  • Full training and induction
  • Company vehicle - company use only
