Business Development Manager - Fire & Security - £25k - Buckinghamshire. Currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join a thriving fire and security established team. Looking for an enthusiastic individual with a proven sales track record who lives in the High Wycombe area.

About the Client:

I'm working in partnership with a Privately owned fire & Security Company with over 40 years’ worth of experience in the electronic integrated security sector. My Client specialise in the design, installation and maintaining of Fire alarms, CCTV, access control and intruder alarms catering to the High Wycombe, Oxford, London and nationally throughout the UK. As my client are expanding our team and we are looking for an experienced sales person who is able to generate new business and utilise our existing database to move the company forward. My client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in and around Buckinghamshire.

About the Role:

  • 2 part interview process
  • Salary circa £25k
  • O.T.E circa £10k
  • Working Monday to Friday-office based/ field based
  • Phone + Laptop
  • Company car and Fuel card provided
  • 20 days holiday per annum + Bank holidays
  • Working area: South, South East, London & Home Counties
  • Face to face sales, and demonstration of various products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (discussed in interview)
  • Selling service/maintenance contracts (fire & security)
  • Selling to large blue chip, commercial and Sme’s
  • Provided with warm leads
  • Participate in and assist with product launches
  • Carry out site surveys
  • Use of large database to self-generate leads.
  • Produce proposals and quotations including tender returns
  • Maintain executive customer records
  • Write reports & monthly report for MD

About the Candidate:

  • Able to provide league tables of previous sales
  • Located in the High Wycombe area
  • Previous quota-driven sales experience
  • Worked and experience with a fast-paced CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and
  • Fire Alarm environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy and strong administrative abilities
  • Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
  • Well presented
  • Site survey experience
  • Fearless door knocker
  • Able to generate leads
  • Career driven
  • Personable
  • Enthusiastic and confident
