Electrician - HVAC - £28k - London. My client  is currently seeking a qualified and experienced 'Domestic Electrician' to join their expanding London based Social Housing Division.  The role will entail installing ventilation systems into domestic dwellings predominately within the Social Housing and High End Residential Sectors.

My client is looking for an experienced Electrician in and around London.

About the Role:

  • Installation of ventilation systems into private dwellings
  • Covering CR and SE postcodes (London)
  • Catering to Domestic/Social Housing Sectors

About the Candidate:

  • Qualified and experienced Domestic biased Electrician 
  • Ideally residing in CR/SE (London) postcodes or close surrounds, must be easily accessible to these sites.
  • Ideal location - South of the River Thames
  • Minimum electrical requirements - 17th Edition/City & Guilds part 1 & 2/NVQ level 3
  • Inspection and Testing and JIB (Electrician status) is preferred
  • JIB card preferable but not a must
  • For insurance purposes you must be over the age of 21 and driving over a year
  • Must declare any points on driving licence
  • Experience dealing with Local Authority/Domestic housing would be a massive advantage
