About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced mobile engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks on HVAC plant and electrical equipment in commercial premises We are looking for someone with a full City and Guilds qualification in an electrical or mechanical discipline, but with enough experience to be considered a good all-rounder The successful applicant will be required to:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Carry out on-site repairs as required
  • Attend call outs
  • Submit engineers report sheets upon completion of works
  • Join an out of hour’s emergency call out rota (currently 1 week out of 15)

About the Candidate:

  • Client’s portfolio is primarily within central London – City and West End, so ideally engineers should reside within a comfortable commuting distance
  • The role entitles the engineer can claim expenses for a monthly travel card Zones 1-6
  • It is essential that candidates have a Recognised City and Guilds Qualification, preferably obtained through a full apprenticeship
  • Previous experience in a technically challenging client facing role and the ability to demonstrate tenacity and adaptability in a range of reactive situations would be advantageous
